  • Memory content (what you ask AI, what AI responds) to power your persistent memory across platforms.
  • Usage data (which platforms you use, how often) to maintain and improve the service.
  • Payment data handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and fraud prevention.

3. Our lawful basis

  • Contract: account data and memory content. We need these to deliver the service to you.
  • Legitimate interests: usage data and technical data. We use these to keep the service secure and improve it over time.

We do not rely on consent for core service data.

4. How long we keep your data

  • Active accounts: we keep your data while your subscription is active.
  • After cancellation: we delete your data within 30 days.
  • Billing records: we keep these for 7 years to meet our legal obligations.
